The Story Behind the Bike 🚲 The bicycle at the entrance of Studio West is a reminder of our roots and our commitment to serving customers in whatever way is needed.Back in 1947, the late Elmo Ferrari went to work for Curtis Lindsay at an office supply business he would years later come to own for himself.Elmo would ride a bicycle to make deliveries and he was renowned for asking customers: “What else can I do for you today?” This became the ethos behind the success of the company - finding products and creating solutions that fit the needs of its customers.In 1975, Ferrari and his wife Marie became half-owners of the company, and in 1983 the Ferrari family became full owners. The office supply company—then known as Lindsay-Ferrari—was eventually sold when the Ferraris decided to focus on furniture. They acquired Rucker Fuller (which in 1999 was the largest commercial furniture firm in the US) to create One Workplace—which in turn gave birth to Studio West Philippines in 2017.#ourhistory #howitstarted #companyculture
